Summary functions (word count and duration)
You can use the summary functions to display useful information about the current file/story.
The available summary functions are:

Word count - displays the total number of individual words in a range of subtitles

Total duration - displays the total on-screen duration of a range of subtitles
To access the summary functions, switch to the Compact View and select a range of subtitles to summarise. Then right-click on any of the selected subtitles and select the desired function from the pop-up menu:
Wincaps Q4 displays the results in a pop-up message as shown below:
If no subtitles are selected, or if the functions are invoked from the List or Timeline Views then Q4 will display summary information for all subtitles in the file.
