Closed Caption editing
Wincaps Q4 supports various Closed Caption display options, the pop-on style being the default. You can select these options via the Line 21 toolbar.
The Closed Caption display options are:

Pop on (default) - the caption appears and disappears like in Open Captioning

Paint on - the caption displays character by character

Roll up - the caption displays 1, 2, 3 or 4 lines at a time, scrolling smoothly upwards
Tower/Un-tower Subtitle - depending on the display of the captions required, you can change the display to form a single line or a block using Tower Subtitle or Un-tower Subtitle as appropriate
Tab Align - (not currently used)
Re-time sequence - (not currently used)
You can use the Italic and Underline buttons to set the corresponding styles.
Finally, you can use the toolbar to insert various special symbols.
