Herbert has over 25 years of experience directing and managing teams and motivating the best from his employees in European retail, within his family business C & A, and an additional 14 years as Chairman of OASYS. In his role as Owner, Herbert will strategically steer BroadStream Solutions and the management team using his straightforward approach and passion to ensure quality of service and expansion of the business globally.
Leo Brenninkmeyer, Chairman
Leo Brenninkmeyer is a successful global entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience in both fast growth businesses as well as multi-national corporations covering 18 different countries. He has helped inject creativity, innovation and vision into teams across industries that help them become leaders in their field and in customer-service. Fluent in English, German, Dutch, French and Spanish he has established a global network of business specialists and investors that continue to help him bring new and fresh ideas and resources to businesses.
David Bowes, President & CEO
David’s mission is to improve operational efficiency and overall business strategy by utilizing his extensive knowledge and experience in delivery and quality control, previously gained from a highly successful career spanning the Automotive, Motorsports and Aerospace Industries. His most recent positions were held at Rover Group as Finance and Manufacturing Strategy Director and as a Director at Lola Group (UK) and Elan Motorsports Group (USA).
Melissa Preslar, VP Operations & Continuous Improvement
This new senior leadership position reflects BroadStream’s commitment to being a learning enterprise that values every employee and listens to the customer. Melissa has multiple years of experience within manufacturing and technology companies in management training, team building, and Lean Six Sigma — a proven program that has enabled companies in other industries to become purely customer-centric and process-driven. Preslar has been appointed to help build strong teams within BroadStream, connecting everyone in the business to established goals and targets and creating a nimble and agile organization. Preslar’s continuous improvement effort will lay a solid foundation based on strong processes, a culture that drives out fear, and extensive staff training.
