Click here to learn how to run a check
The ASR Confidence check is used to check the subtitle file for subtitles that are below the ASR confidence value.
The confidence value is currently only stored in WebVTT files that are produced by BroadStream's SubCaptioner ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) system and is read into the file when the WebVTT file is imported into Wincaps.
When you run the check all subtitle confidence values that fall below the set value will be flagged up with the yellow traffic light. With Check & Review, editing the subtitle will change the underlying confidence value to 100% and remove the yellow traffic light.
Next - ignore the subtitle (yellow traffic light won't be cleared)
Ignore - ignore this subtitle (yellow traffic light is cleared)
Ignore All - as above, plus all subsequent occurrences of all words are automatically ignored
Cancel - Cancels the Check.
