Character sets
This topic describes the supported character sets for each of the available personalities.
The Open Caption character set comprises all characters in the selected font. Invalid characters will be displayed as a 'square box' and may be easily identified using the chars check.
The Teletext character set contains all western-language characters defined in the Teletext specification, including national options and packet 26.
The Closed Caption character set (EIA608-1) consists of:
