Plasma Gold is a production and management system for producing professional teletext services 24/7.  It enables the production of many different teletext services which can be self-contained or share common content in between multiple services with support over 30 Teletext languages including Cyrillic.

The solution utilizes a simple-to-use management application that delivers quick visibility on the service and easy, intuitive content editing.  All edits are automatically sent to air if the page is designated on air.   There is a lightweight web editor which allows additions and editing of pages in the system with the ability to move pages into and out of transmission.

Security can be applied to control what users can and cannot edit and views can be created so the users can see only the pages they are allowed to edit, e.g. local or national news, weather, etc.

A batch system is included that allows editors and operators to perform more complicated operations automatically to any designated content.  An editor is also included to develop, debug and test scripts.

A built-in scheduler is provided to run specific operations automatically or at specific or repeated times as needed thus contributing to the system’s overall flexibility.

Content is stored in an industry-standard database and includes an archive to maintain content for a short-term or as long as desired.
