As part of the registration process for our e-newsletters, we collect personal information by means of an online form you fill out and submit or at trade shows where we scan your badge to obtain your details when you come and see us. We use that information: to tell you about products and services you’ve asked us to tell you about; to check that our records are correct and to check every now and then that you are happy to remain on our lists and in respect of data collected at trade shows to contact you in respect of what we spoke to you about at the show or to send you information you requested. We store your data securely and DON’T rent or trade email lists with other organizations or businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter, however when we send you an email newsletter, you can also edit your preferences with our MailChimp regarding how they process your data on our behalf (e.g. capturing what you have clicked on our email) by following the preference link at the bottom of our email. Or of course you can unsubscribe to our mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails, by filling our and submitting the UNSUBSCRIBE FORM on our website or by emailing our marketing team.
